Acquisition & Shipping
Each artwork is carefully prepared and packaged to museum standards to ensure safe international delivery.
Due to the unique and collectible nature of original works and limited editions, all acquisitions are considered final.
Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted once an artwork has been dispatched.
In the rare event of shipping damage, collectors are requested to contact within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographs of both the artwork and packaging for review.
Limited edition prints are produced in strictly controlled quantities and will not be reissued once sold out.
Shipping timelines may vary depending on artwork scale, framing requirements, and destination.
Any customs duties or import taxes applicable within the collector’s country remain the responsibility of the collector.
